    These are so many wonderful ways many of us moms may not think of related to self-care and “just me” time. A lot of these I do without realizing I’m practicing self-care, for sure munching on hummus and veggie, but also shopping online, one that I need to practice less. I would love to incorporate some others mentioned, as it’s nice to switch it up now and then. Definitely going to check out “yoga with Adriene!”
